Justin Hampshire Named as New Chair of the Board of FTCT Trustees

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Justin Hampshire, Group Chief Executive of TFG Brands London, as the new Chair of the Board of Trustees, effective 22 October 2025.

Justin joins the board at a pivotal moment in FTCT’s strategic journey, as we focus on driving industry awareness and expanding our network of partners to deepen the charity's impact. Justin’s extensive experience in the sector brings valuable insight making him a natural choice to help lead FTCT into its next chapter of growth and impact.

Justin's appointment follows the tenure end for the current Chair, Mike Taylor, Commercial Director at the British Heart Foundation, who has given eight years of dedicated service, steering the charity through significant change including the Covid-19 pandemic and playing an instrumental role in the Trusts strategic growth.

With Justin’s appointment, the FTCT board will comprise ten trustees, bringing together a diverse range of expertise from across the fashion, textile, and non-profit sectors. Find out more about our team.

We’re delighted to welcome Justin to the board. His deep knowledge of the UK fashion and textile sector and empathy for the challenges facing working families make him perfectly placed for this role. Justin’s ambition and expertise will only serve to strengthen our position within the industry and drive our strategic growth going forward.

I’m really excited to be part of the next stage of development of this fantastic organisation, joining the trustees, Anna and the team in their critical work supporting children and families in our sector through the very real impact of the cost of living crisis. Pulling together as an industry we can continue to make a real difference to the lives and future prospects of those under financial stress.
